No not yet flash as I dont have the app to do that but am getting it soon.
According to the "specs" on that equipment its around 2 ms but I want to see that 1st hand.
Problem also is here in Durban we also have the IS link to Jhb and that alone adds 22 ms so regardless what we eventually achieve, Dbn will always be a minimum of 22 ms higher than Jhb [V]
Tests here have shown thus far that I'm having the opposite results to what Noone is getting.

Downloads erratic, hovering between 17 and 38 KB/sec (1 file)
Uploads terrible - never get above 8 KB/sec
With antenna - 50% signal
Ingame pings average 150 spiking occasionally to 400
Pinging the server 10 times with 128 characters = 120 ms ave with 15% packet loss
Downloads fair, hovering between 25 and 44 KB/sec (1 file)
Uploads fair - around 12 KB/sec
