Unrestricted APN ?

I have recently switched to a Vodacom 3G Internet connection at home. I want to be able to access my CCTV cameras. I understand that to be able to do this through DynDNS I need to apply for an "unrestricted APN". I have sent in that application about 20 times now. Zero response other than the auto reply. Nada feedback - fkkl. Any other advice ? My setup was working fine through the company that is currently laying off its staff.

We see that you have sent in your application for "Unrestricted APN" provisioning of your SIM. You probably will have received 20 Service Reference numbers if sent to [email protected]
Why not send an email containing at least one of these Service Reference Numbers in a properly constructed email to [email protected] explaining your problem?
The result will have a positive spin instead of procrastinating on any forums!
