Unrestricted service from Rain?

I notice that majority, if not all ports are blocked on Rain RTTH and mobile.

Requested that the restrictions be removed but no reply from RAIN support or ISP escalations.

I need ports open so we can remote view our CCTV cameras. Also trying to SSH to my work server is blocked on the mobile SIM.

WHY? Its not like these services are abusing the network, its basic usage.

This all worked before, but for the last 2 months everything is blocked on the RTTH SIM.

I am not to sure but on my PS4 its type 2 unrestricted with FIXED LTE.

Type 2 is normal for any PS4 sitting behind a NAT (Router).

You'd only ever get Type 1 if you were doing PPPoE directly from the PS4.

According to RAIN the fixed wireless is unrestricted. They seem to have fixed the restrictions on my Fixed LTE.

The RAIN Mobile APN is not unrestricted so they have blocked most ports, including 24 which I need for work so it is of no use.
