Unshaped accout with massive latency

Last night at about 10pm myself and several other online mmo players got disconnected. When the links came back up our usual 400-500ms ping were now running at > 2000ms. At the time i wrote it off to some or other congestion. Today though the latency is still hovering around the 1900 ms mark.

Did something go wrong somewere or is this a new feature ?

Welcome to the world of lag. I have the same problem, and have tickets open with WA and SAIX. Nothing good have come of it yet though.
