Can you buy unshaped axxess vouchers at engen? Or only shaped?
Secondly would unshaped make a big diff using skype? I've got numbers locally and internationally i would like to call, is there any voip service that is local and has better latency with regards to local numbers?
Dont want something call card based for a phone , I need something pc based.
