Ive just had enough of Neotel connection and put in my application to cancle it. I would like to know some of your opinions on whom has the best services out of these 2 ISP's.
Im looking for Saix Backbone NOT IS and ofc an unshaped account. Ive been on many forums and yet i see negatives and positives. Lately though ive seen that SIAX/Unshaped accounts are going crazy and their speeds are falling to pieces.
I am mainly looking for a stable and fast con to run online games. Im still very new at this whole thing could someone also explain to me what SEACOM is and how it will benefit speeds/isp?
