Unsolicited Mail / ECT ACT

Some time ago one of the lawyers posted a generic mail that could be adapted & sent to web masters that sent unsolicited email. It quoted the ECT Act, and gave the respondent an opportunity to reply, informing where they got you email address & permission from, to send unsolicited mail.

I have tried searching the old posts but cannot seem to find it. Any one have the link saved, or can post a link where this info can be found?
