Please be aware of an SMS that you may receive from your cell phone company asking you to confirm your subscription to a service rendered by a company called Smartcall Technology Solutions (STS). I received such an SMS and decided to phone STS. The only person that you can talk to is an operator in their call center. He said that my cell phone number is on their database. When I asked him where did they get my number, he said that he don't know and referred me to their website. On the website there is only a customer care telephone number that brings you back to the same operator again. The other number is their switchboard but nobody is answering it.

He further told me that he is only the man in the middle, and can't help me any further.

Got the same SMS this morning.

You must really hate spam considering this is your first post since registering 9 years ago.
