I've been having an unstable connection and disconnects, the afrihost CS was unable to resolve the issue, and Openserve cs contacted me saying the issue is with afrihost.

TS done:
Reboot and Reset of Router
Reboot of ONT
Connected directly to ONT issue persists
Openserve gave me a test account for my router, issue still persisted.
Afrihost CS gave me new account details, issue still persisted.

In the speedtest above the speeds are being hit, however as shown download latency and upload latency is high, making connection unstable leading to a poor online experience.
My internet also randomly completely disconnects throughout the day.
