Hi

I am looking for light switch covers as per below thread link and/or photos.

Car keys for size perspective

These should have the blank yoke on the back. Not sure where you would get them separately. They are pretty old school.
As it turns out, Crabtree look like they make the blank yokes separately as well:

Need to find a shop or give Voltex a call:

Hi

Sorry for confusion. I need the cover.

Blanks came with switches if I recall correctly.

To change to modern switches would be a mini renovation. Most of my walls are an unusually thin long facebrick. So not eager to replace.

Thanks. Will try to pop in at Voltex this weekend.

Otherwise hopefully at one of these vintage shops or a salvage yard maybe?

If it's plastic you could have it 3d printed as a last resort maybe

Thanks didnt think of that. Most are metal but some look plastic.

In any case just want covers that look a bit less worn.

I don't have an issue with plastic although new metal or refurbished covers would look nicer.

So last resort if Voltex can't assist is 3D printing. Hmm ... maybe an excuse to get a 3D printer

Send me a design. Happy to print as many as you need

Can you not refurbish the metal? Sand it, prime it, spray it

Yes prefer that but will need some covers while doing that.

Also think some are plastic. Will doublecheck.

Plus one should always have spares.

Maybe move the few that won't interfere with facebricks BUT would mean more costs per point and inconvenience of dust.

or contact these guys and see who they sell to: https://dynamicdistributors.co.za/c...chitrave-coverplate-steel?variant=35294160075

switch profile differs slightly, but worth a start?

Otherwise just replace with any Architrave type switch
Thanks the architrave looks like what I want/need.

Shellys arrived.

Hopefully I'll hear back from Lite Glo or Dynamic Distributors (edit: about the switch cover plates)
