Unwanted call centers

How do you get rid of call centres that got hold of your cell-number.
I'm tired of these calls. I also think this is illegal. You also cant block these number. Because they change there numbers.
Specially the ones that do automated voice.

Anyone that knows how to kill.

Truecaller app... It has a feature to block telemarketers... Works for me

Also make sure you sign up for opt-out on the Direct Marketing Association website. This has helped reduce the number of marketing related calls lately, for me.

As for the legality of this. I'm not entirely sure, I don't think it's yet illegal for companies to store your contact information and call you. It seems that automatically opting everyone in is okay, and that it only becomes an issue if the opt-out request isn't granted. Somehow I don't see that being fair.

Some legislation should be in place for this. They wouldn't get away with this kind of thing in the UK.
