Am I the only one having disconnection problems again, connection drops randomly, it's taken me 4 reconnects to just post this, My speed has dropped by half and my patients is on its last end, Everything's been fine for the last 2-3 weeks and now problems come up again.

What an incompetent company.

Everyone's jumping boat. Start considering your options because if Neotel can't come up with a drastic plan to fix things soon I won't be surprised if they liquidate by next year.
