Update on MTN services?

Hi there

I would just like an update/offer suggestions on the following:

• Can Mychoice top up users now use the included airtime for purchasing data bundles?
• It might just be my luck, but MTN Customer Care never seems to answer my emails So what experiences have others had?
• How about MTN getting a full time rep in here to push user suggestion/gripes up the MTN foodchain for better customer service?

That is why I used the word "update" in the heading because I want an update on unresolved issues.

As far as I've been told your unused airtime cannot be used to offset the overrun on your data bundle.
Damn pitty I'm not involved in the marketing strategy at MTN.

I've got a Mychoice top up 75. For R80 I could have got a 100MB data bundle, but now at OOB rates I'm getting 37.5MB.

Since there is "perceived price collusion" between VC and MTN can't there be product collusion as well?
