Update problem

Hey guys, trying to update to ios5 but I keep getting the following problem, after I restored and installed the new firmware you nee to answer question, "enable location settings", "Wifi Networks", "Sign in with apple ID" anyway I get to the point were I need to enable "Find My iphone", when I click on next the phone never goes any further than that question, any help or suggestions?

you don;t have to sign in to your apple ID, you can always sign in afterwards. there is a button to skip it,
