Updating Blackberry 9780 Software

Hi everyone,

My Blackberry 9780 is giving me huge problems and I'm really hoping a software update will help.

I have updated my Blackberry Desktop Suit to Version 7.1.0.41 but it says my phones version is up to date.

Blackberry Device Software is: 6.0 Bundle 2534 v6.0.0.570, Platform 6.6.0.212

Does anyone know what the latest update is and if its available and from where?

I would really appreciate some help in trying to get this phone working, thank you :)

Package Version: 6.0.0.3106
is the latest on the official site

Yes other SP's software does work, just remember to rename the vendor file

For me, i would say restore your phone to factory default and then update to the latest version again. (Do a back up first)

There may just be a glitch with the software.
