Do you guys know of a quick and easy way to update XBOX 360 Dashboard?

I know some games come with it. So if you don't have the latest dashboard, then once you put the game in for the first time, it updates!

If you friend has the new dashboard, all you have to do is plug his hard drive into your xbox and it will update the dashboard on your xbox
