I must admit that my MW128 package has improved recently. International bandwidth is still a bit slower, but where I used to get around 6kB/s on International, I now get around 8-10  I've also settled my financial problems with Sentech and have received a huge apology from them for stealing my money.

But I wanted to know if upgrading is worth it? If I move to 256, is the international cap still the same as on 128? Or is it double (which would only be fair)? If upgrading to 256 would get me International bandwidth of 15-20 kB/s it would be worth it, I think.

SoulSe, my advice: wait 2..3 months - I have a gut feeling that Sentech are going to have to make some serious changes, and we know that ASASA has ordered them to change the package names, so just wait - you never know Sentech could revamp the entire MyWi product, so don't tie yourself into another 1 yr contract or upgrade yet.

The 256 package now runs around 20-32K/sec for the first 60sec on international downloads. Thereafter it drops to around 8.5K/sec.

Dont let this fool you into believing its improved. My tcpIQ stats show my ave speed is 150kbit/sec over the past 7 days. And thats without downloading.

Im now running tests every 30min to make sure my stats become more accurate

Not worth it

I'm on 256 package. Webpages up real quick, email works good. Downloads: about 60 seconds at 30kb/s, then down to 20kb/s for another minute, then falls to 8-9kb/s for the duration.

One of my clients is on the 128k package. He uses it to FTP upload files (alot of files). As of this month he can no longer get speeds above 1-2kb/s. I think Sentech's UNCAPPED service has finally gone CAPPED. He has been calling the help desk for weeks, and they "promise" they are working on it.

Cheers!!
