Good day everyone

I want to upgrade my sound system by fitting a sub hoofer and possibly an amplifier. But I have heard people talk about their batteries being drained after playing music for extensive periods of times. Do you know a place in CPT where I can get these fitted professionally in such a way my battery wont die? Thanks in advance

its going to cost.

1. sub "woofer" and amp can run on its own battery. This is pending how BIG the sound upgrade is. a simple amp and speak upgrade is not going to kill your battery, unless its already on its way out.
2. advise : install a capacitor or secondary battery. this is used in large sound systems - however can save your existing car battery if you playing your "system" while the car is off for extended periods of time.

Best places :

Radio autosonic - over priced.
Autosound - decent
RAD - decent

all listed above are CPT

Are you specifically looking for deep base? Assuming your stock system has a decent amp some audi's do some come with bose, just some speaker upgrades will give you better sound.

A sub just does the bass(at certain hz) as you just want to add that the rest of your sound will sound exactly the same. But if you think dof doof dooooooooof is great music then a sub is perfect for you.
