Just curious ...
I see the following on a contract I no longer need :
Next upgrade date 01 November 2011
Contract expiry date 31 January 2012
Is the 01 November the 21st month and 31 January the full 24 months?
What is the written notice I need to give them to cancel at January?
EDIT : Nevermind. Cancelled ... there was no written anything that needed to be faxed either, so all done
