I am currently still running a OCZ Vertex 3 in my PC. I know the performance jump won't be that visible, but was wondering if anyone has gone from the older generation SSD"s to a new generation one and noticed a speed difference. I would most likely sell off the OCZ for a few hundred and get a Samsung 850 Evo.

No... I don't notice any difference between my 850 evo and my 950 with a read speed of 2500MB/sec
Do a proper upgrade and get the 4TB P3608 and you WILL notice the upgrade in speed and your pocket

Was just getting a bit of the upgrade fever and seemed like the cheapest upgrade i might actually notice a difference with.
