What does one have to do to get a response from the MWEB team...

When I signed up they said they would send forms to upgrade my line to 512k and switch my line to mweb... no forms arrived...

A week later someone phone to follow up and I told them no forms received, so they said they'd re-send the forms and get someone to phone me...

A week later, no forms or phone call, so I did the switch-over and upgrade online, and was again told that someone from the mweb team will contact me...

And now, almost yet another week later... nada...

Anyone have some ideas?
 
Hmm, weird. I suggest you PM Mweb Operations guy or perhaps Will @ Mweb on these forums.

I wouldn't switch the line over to Mweb, I believe if you read around the forums you will find out it is better to keep your line with Telkom as it is actually easier to spot problems when something goes wrong on the line...anyway, keep us updated once you PM these guys, I am sure you will get a response before this week is over.
 
Your legal conundrum is this:
You can transfer ownership from Telkom to MWEB via proxy but the transfer may not be legally made back.
If / when you decide to shaft MWEB they ask you to cancel your current contract and subsequent line agreement, you will have to sign up as a new user to Telkom to be provided with a Analogue and then ADSL line

I have forwarded your query to our sales department and someone should be in contact with you to resolve this matter.
