If you have the money and don't mind spending go Quad Core. With a good board you could get 3GHz from it and it'll beat the X6800 stock in all tests and will simply wipe the floor with it in video encoding, benchmarks (3DM06 only though) etc... Plus it doesn't hurt being able to encode movie and play a game at the same time
1 ok shock i get you how much memory would i need?
2 is 3GHz the maximum because i heard the E6600 can do more than that..
3 whats the stock settings on the X6600?
