Good day, im looking to upgrade my line speed. Currently on 20/10 vuma reach... Cant seem to get straight answer as when upgrade will be (immediate or 01/05) and how much i would need to pay in.

Hi,

Vuma Reach upgrade are immediate and the pro rata amount is added to your bill at the end of the month. No payment will be due once you click the upgrade button.

Thanks for the feedback. Checked on the app and the amount does not seem correct. Is the payment i already made not taken into account?

I will have our Dev team have a look at this. It's not correct.

Since Afrihost does not do the billing for Vuma Reach that info is incorrect. Vumatel does the billing and they will credit the remaining days of the 20Mbps and then charge the remaining days pro rata at the 40Mbps rate meaning you only pay the difference and that is only due at the end of the month when you get charged on the 1st. It gets added to your payment for the 1st.
