I qualified for my upgrade today - so now gotta decide what I want  Must have 3G, video calling capabilities, not be too big, trendy (Um what would you expect from a fifteen year old?:D :D )

Sony Ericsson V600i (if you're with Vodacom) or K600i (any other networks). Identical phone, just the V600i is Vodafone branded. I find the videocalling quality is FAR better than the Nokia 6680. It's also small and compact but sleek enough to slip into a pocket easily.

Only downside is no external memory card, so if you want to play MP3s etc you're limited to the internal 32Mb memory.

Having said that, I like the V600i so much that I no longer use my P900 (except as a backup phone).

Hmf.... SE freaks ;) I'm more looking towards Samsung (first choice) Nokia (second choice), SE and MOtorla (third) but just looking thru all the phones available, I think I might just wait another month or two to see if anything better comes out :(

Go for the Samsung ZV30.It has 2 batteries, usb data cable,64k memory card and charger......or get the Motorola V3x.It won a award for best 3G phone for 2006.

Go for the I-Mate Jasjar.

It's excellent. I've just upgraded it's software this weekend. That's what I like about i-mate Mobile phones/PDA's. You can do the software upgrades yourself.

My phone is 4 months old but the software dates 22 February 2006. So I know I always have the latest updates for my phone.

It works like a charm.

Samsungs crap dont waste your money, rather go for Sony or Nokia, Id go for Sony!!:D

W900 and N70 currently best upgrade options!!:D
