Hey guys
Been trying to get through to Telkom and can't find any info on their site regarding upgrading my ADSL line.
Basically I got the line from Telkom and use WebAfrica as an ISP, what options do I have in terms of upgrading my 512k to a 4mb line?
Do I have to go through Telkom? If so any idea who to contact?
Or can WebAfrica do it for me? (or any other ISP for that matter)

Thanks in advance

If you pay for the ADSL line through Telkom (which I see you do), you have to go to Telkom and ask them to upgrade your line. This works the same way as getting a new line.
The easiest way to go is to go to a Telkom shop and do it there. Phoning them is never an option- they don't have to answer :D

lol. Your mileage may vary. Mine did ;) I phoned at about 11am on a weekday, and by the time I got home from work at 6.30pm, I was able to resynch and find my line synching at 4Mbps (I upgraded from 384Kbps).

That's not bad.... a friend of mine waited 4 months...

Going into a shop is probably a good idea, otherwise call 10219 and order the upgrade.
