Is it worth upgrading from the 128K MyWireless to the 256K? We're finding the 128K a bit slow - but then, it's two of us, downloading and surfing quite a bit. Sentech don't seem to have any way of letting me do a try-before-you-buy, and don't allow a cool-off period either. So for those who have experienced both, what's the speed increase like?

From what I remember when I was still struggling with MyWi, some peeps were saying that the 256k package is even slower than 128...

It's not slower than the 128K anymore, but it's not fast either.
Local goes at 32KB/s, intl bursts at 40KB/s but averages at 8KB/s
Stick with 128K until Sentech's sorted out the packages completely.

I agree... wait until Sentech sort their mess out. No point in throwing more money at something that isnt going to deliver...
I was told that the throttling is under investigation and that only some users are experiencing it. Sounds faramiliar to October's isue where only some users were complaining about crap speeds.

Thats because it's being done on purpose, to Sentech, this *IS* fixed. What a ****ing scam.
