Upgrading from TBC to WOTLK

I have a quick question. Finally got to level 68 and want to upgrade to WOTLK. Do I have to download some large install file? Or am I fine if fully patched? I am upgrading my account over the internet.

Buy the CD's. WoW WoTLK is about 8GB to download-(so I heard). Otherwise upgrade your account over the internet and maybe borrow the CD's from someone you know. (Dont worry, its completely legal to do that) ROFL.

Its only 1.3gb really and there's a local download link available:

download all those files and run the installer.exe

upgrade via blizzard's site and you're done. welcome to another few days without sleep leveling to 80

yep the core files are about 1,3 gigs as acidrazor says...
blizzard just try make u DL all the cinematics hehe

actually, if you have been playing in Dec, you already have WotLk downloaded, dont you???

All you need is the key to upgrade your account to unlock the death knight and the new continent??

Nope, you have the content patches etc but not the actual WOTLK stuff, which is about 1.3gigs of stuff. This includes the cinematic trailors.
