Upgrading GPU! Advice needed....

I must double check, but I'm pretty sure XFX gives a 10 year warranty (double lifetime I think they call it). Mine is working well so far, just need to move my PC to a proper desk so I can play Dirt 2 with a steering wheel. :D
And your CPU should be fine with it, I'd say you might get 5 more fps if you upgraded it to a i5 or Phenom II. GPU does all the proper hard work.
So to sum it up - click buy ;) Let us know how it turns out

XFX have one the best warranties around. Its doublelifetime (meaning that if you sell it the person buying gets a warranty too) and modder friendly (Ie you can put your own heatsink on without voiding the warranty). I try only buy EVGA or XFX simply for those 2 factors. It is definitely worth the little extra and I've found the support from them amazing.

Alfroogy, what you say of this "in the USA only" thing? You ever had to warranty before? Luckily it doesnt really apply to me since I bought mine in the states so I do have the double lifetime warranty (though it makes for interesting shipping arrangements!). But if this is true, then you'll just have to double check with whoever you are going to buy the card from what their warranty on the card is going to be. And for the most part, if you stress test it properly the first few days you have it, and nothing goes wrong, it'll last a good few years

I really didn't see the whole USA only thing... I had to RMA once and never had an issue with it
