Upgrading in my Macbook Pro

Hi,

Can anyone give me some guidance in upgrading the ram in my Macbook Pro Early 2012 / Late 2011 model?
I see that you can buy all different types of Mac ram but I have no idea as to which ram to get and what my macbook is limited to?
