Upgrading Mtn Contract

Hi Guys,

I want to know when you upgrade your contract are they supposed to send you new contract forms to fill out, or are upgrade forms that they send you?

I had a women from Mtn send through what seems to be forms to apply for a new contract, just a bit confussed.
