Upgrading Sim Online Query

Howsit guys,

My contract(50GB+50GB) is due for an upgrade and I want to know that if I upgrade via the app or website, will they always send a new sim or can they upgrade my existing number automatically? I'm trying to bypass the courier option here.

In terms of my experience, I always used the website and they always send you a backup Simcard which is used to replace the one you have should you lose it. The upgrade is automatic from what I know.

If you upgrade to a sim only deal online, they will courier a new backup sim card to you in case you need it for a sim swop. You still use your current sim with the number you upgraded. This is done automatically on the website at checkout. A consultant will call you to confirm.

RAM usually delivers Vodacom products free of charge.
