Uplink Speed at 507

I know I am being nit picky here, but all my customers sync at 512 and I sync at 507? Anyone knows why?

I think it's because of SRA on adsl2+, seamless rate adaptation let's the modem choose the speed to sync at to maintain stability, I guess the output power on both modems are slightly different and the threshold is also different.

If you go back to g.dmt it will be exactly 512.

SRA is disabled already...

507/8=63.375kBps

Are you just curious as to why or are you complaining about losing 0.625kBps?

they will tell you its "UP TO" 4092/512

Its because you are using ADSL2+, change it to ADSL (g.dmt)

Confirmed! I set the mode back to g.dmt and I am back at 512 kbps.
