Upload amounts

Just checked my usage for June on the TIT site from Telkom, I have UPloaded nearly 800MB??? How can this be? Just to clarify, I basically only use the line for online gaming. I barely do anything else on it. What I did check yesterday, however is that google logging was switched on (I installed Google earth, but not the toolbar etc) could that chow your usage like that?

Any advice, please?

Well, for us to even begin to understand, we need to know what your download amounts are like.
If your downloads are in the region of say 3GB, then 800MB is pretty on the par.

yeah hes right we need the download usage... BTW i download roughly around 4 GIG online gaming and my upload is around 970 so its normall

Gaming uses a lot of upload bandwidth especially if you game a lot
and what type of games etc etc

Thanks guys, I play COD4 mostly and I am sitting at around 1.9GB for the month so far. You reckon its pretty normal then?

yeah look COD 4 is bandwidth hungry mainly because of all the players you can have at the same time playing thing it was 24 when i last checked ?
