Upload and download info needed

Hi there.

I have decided to try out random companies and buy a 1 gig here and there, so i decide to upload a 93 MB file for one of WoW professor putricide 25 man kill's that i recorded. but when i looked at usage it suddenly used 350 MB of my cap....???
i checked details and the upload is 93 MB but download is triple that amount. i wasnt downloading anything just uploaded a 93 MB file.

am i missing something?

funny u say that. its with afrihost i have the issue on the 350 MB usage in 3 hours uploading a 93 MB file

Can someone also please suggest me a monitor program that will monitor the data, my latency and whatever, something free would be prefered ofc and also the logs able to be saved?

ye and no viruses or spamwear seems to be using my cap, wish i had this wehn i uploaded. i will try upload something and see what it tells me,
