why is my upload speed fast on the mybroadband speed test app on android but it is slow on windows 11 on firefox on the mybroadband website
From my FNO when asked about speed issues:
Our Speed-test result requirements are as follows:
• Conduct a minimum of 3 tests.
• Connect to the router with an Ethernet cable (No Wi-Fi).
• Use the speedtest.net app, which can be downloaded from the Ookla App.

When performing speed tests, please do the following:
• Check for errors on the router's WAN port.
• Check the speed and duplex that the WAN port has negotiated.
• Check the router's average CPU utilization.
• Check the router logs.
If the cause of the slow speeds has not been found after completing the above steps, please proceed with the steps below:
• Reboot the router.
• Ensure that the Ethernet NIC is 1Gbps-capable for client links above 100Mbps.
• Ensure that a CAT5E or CAT6 Ethernet cable is being used to connect to the router or ONT.
• Check the speed and duplex that the laptop's Ethernet adapter has negotiated.
• Monitor the machine's CPU utilization while conducting the speed test.
• Run tests on at least three different speed test servers.
• Screenshot all results during testing (throughput and laptop CPU).
