Upload speed 0.00 Please help

Hi guys,
I need some help. My upload is 0.00 and I have no idea why or how to fix it.
Ping: 30ms
Download: 20.3Mbps
Upload: 0Mbps

The only solution I got is to use Nordvpn connecting to South Africa then my upload is fine.
Ping: 31ms
Download: 19.02Mbps
Upload: 3.94Mbps

Your post is lacking some information:
Where are you located in SA?
To where did you do the speed test?
What did you use to speedtest? Speedtest.net/Fast.com etc?
What internet do you have? ADSL/Fibre/LTE etc?
Who is the infrastructure provider? Telkom/Vuma/Octotel etc?
What internet package speed do you have? 5/10/20mbps etc?
Who is your ISP? Mweb/webafrica/afrihopst etc?

Other than the claimed 0.00 upload, do you experience upload problems when using your line for other stuff?

Yes Im in South Africa.
Did the speed test on saix speedtest.
I have adsl 20meg from telkom and afrihost is my ISP.

Yes I cant upload anything, log in to games, watch showmax.

I've did an firmware update on my D link d224 router and

In CMD I did ipconfig/release
and ipconfig/renew
Still the same problem.






With nordvpn

Needed the vpn to upload the images.

Did you ever manage to resolve this? I'm having the exact same problem at one of our remote sites. Internet browsing and emails seem to be unaffected but I'm unable to do any file transfers.

I phoned afrihost and they reset my port, and was fix

That hasn't worked for me and I dont see how a port reset could fix it if it was working for you via a VPN connection, but thanks anyways...
