Upload Speeds for 4mb lines?

Heard a rumour that the 4mb lines have had their upload speed increased. Is this true? If so, what is the new speed?

mines still 384 but i heard its getting increased to 640kb/s i think by end of march

Mostert said that the pilot seeks to increase the upload synch rate from (between) 256 - 384 kbps uplink, to between 256 and 640 kbps uplink synch rate
