Tip on How to upload files to sars:

File of supporting documentation in PDF is usually to big eg 20 MB

And sars only allows ea doc 2 mb
So use Screen Hunter to copy individual pages from the pdf doc and then paste into word (toatal will be cut down to about 2.7 MB)

Split the word doc into 3 docs numberd 1 , 2 and 3 and they should all be under 2 mb ea
And then on sars easyfile just browse to where they are saved and upload them one after another untill all 3 are uploaded
And the click on SUBMIT TO SARS at the bottom of page and wallah

PS - Another method which is easy and reduces file size dramatically:

get a fee fax to email number (086...) and just fax it to your email (should be set to PDF and not tiff) and then save it to ur desktop and then upload it to SARS and submit

(If u have many docs then fax in smaller batche eg. 10 docs at a time so not to exceed sars 2mb limit)
