How do u do this on this site,often I run out of bandwidth and cant see all the links and I noticed some posters post their pics straight on to this forum,how u guys doing this?

You have access to two different galleries to upload pics to. The first is the forum gallery - Photo tab at the top (http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/)
The second is your personal gallery which can be easily accessed via the "Quick Links". I like the personal galleries as will generate the code needed to embed the images.
Either way do the down-sampling yourself prior to upload - the forum software does a lousy job of doing it imo.
