Be ready for some intern00b questions 
1) Just wondering if uploading uses bandwidth?
Say for example I upload a 2 gig file to an FTP or a Peer - does that mean I will be paying for 2 gigs of bandwith?
2) I have had a MWeb ADSL line with a 3gig cap for the last 2 years or so. I hear you actually get more "gigs" locally. In order to do this does one have to request the extra local bandwidth when u subscribe - or is it something I have never realized I had?
