Upper case to lowercase : MP3 tags and/or files/folder

Is there anything that can do this?

I have a few MP3s that in CAPITAL letters and it bugs the hell out of me. So are the file names AND the folders. I'd be happy if I could change all to lowercase - or even just one.

Anyone recommend anything?
