Ups fan wont stop running

Hi guys, just got my Gizzu GPS300 300W. Works like a dream. Only problem is the fan wont stop running. Its only a week old. Any ideas?

Charging Times:

-AC Adapter: 18V/3A (6.5hrs)

That's probably because it's basically always charging. With so much load shedding it likely never gets to fully charge properly.

The device is recommended to be used as a Power Station; not as an always-on, pass-through solution. It is not recommended to use the device while charging or to leave it constantly plugged into the mains, as this can cause battery degradation.

Its getting so bad that if my inverter fan stops (Full charge) I wonder if something is wrong

No guys, I think this thing imhas some kind of fault. I left it unplugged all night outside in the cold. This morning, the fan is still running. I have asked for a return.

You're aware that most ups can require 12 hours of uninterrupted power to charge

As far as I know this is not a UPS. It's a power station meant for camping.
