UPS for router and laptop

Hi there.

I’m open to suggestions on buying a UPS to power my Fiber router and Acer Nitro laptop for work and need some suggestions on what UPS to buy.

Get a DC to DC mini UPS for your fiber router. A small gizzu can be enough to cover a 2 hour stint for the average ONT and router. I ended up getting two, one set at 9V for the router and another one set at 12V for the ONT. Never felt loadshedding.

All depends on how much juice your internet kit uses. Some wifi7 kit run at 19v, making the above not the most viable idea. That is about the same voltage that I guess your laptop uses.

Post a pic of the stickers on your PSUs, so that we can see your wattage needs. Those laptops tend to run 135-180W, and ont/fibre a bit less.
