UPS/Inverter Repair

I have an SPS-600 UPS inverter, into which I cleverly wired a 12v battery backwards. This blew the fuses on the board. I took it to be repaired by an engineer down the road (it's out of warranty) but sadly the result is that it is not charging and doing this:


Does anyone know where the best place to repair it would be?

They are the importers from what I understand. I would start there. Remember that here in this here country of ours it is normal to wait 2 months for a response. So start there and branch out.
