Hi All,

I've received an email from AH to update my "details" "as required by a third party"

""" Update your address details to avoid suspension of your hosting services.​

To remain compliant with license agreements from our 3rd party suppliers, Afrihost is required to request additional information from you.​

Please follow the instructions and update your billing address information urgently.
  • Log into ClientZone.
  • Click on the 'My Account' tab.
  • Select 'Personal Details' in the left side bar.
Scroll down to 'Billing Address' and update with your current address. .................. """

Me being a good boy, went to log in just to find that my credentials are "Bad"...tried a few things to log in...NO JOY! So I've reset the password and loged-in to my account AND UPDATED what was required.

Today I've received another email... even more urgent than the last one... to do the same thing!!!
So I try to log-in and see what's up...NO JOY!!! "BAD Credentials" again!

WHY? Is there a glitch or what is it?
Also is it too difficult to state in the emails as to WHICH HOSTING PACKAGE you are talking about.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem loging-in...or same messages from AH...and WHO is the 3'th party i have to disclose my details to so urgently?

Hello.

The email is being sent out to all clients with hosting packages.

The reason we are requesting clients to update their details is because Microsoft is being forced by the US government to comply with the sanctions (US sanctions on Russia and the US trade agreement)

Please drop me a PM with your email address so I can check what could be leading to the bad credentials when you try to login to clientzone.
