urgent advice please

Hi there...can someone assist...or give advice. I recently moved to doornpoort and requested an adsl line...it was such a mission to get it sorted....they did installation and was told the line is activated. Only to find out this morning that the adsl was never activated /switched. My kids does home schooling and missed 2 weeks of work already and I was hoping to help them catch up this weekend. I have an order number now but they say it can take up to 7 days again before we have internet access. Is there anyway I can get the service activated today? I am desprate...hehehe. Thank you
