urgent help needed - afrihost mifi

Hello guys

I'm trying to do some urgent work for my boss and this afrihost mifi device keeps on saying I'm capped but in the clientzone I have 1.9gb left

2+2 gb. (Mobile two) it started happening on friday, I just restarted the device and it worked again but now nothing works.

Wtf, why is it saying I'm capped when clearly I'm not
