What is "the machine"? I presume its an Windows Xp machine? You are then trying to share the internet from the MTN HSDPA modem for any pc connected to your wireless billion router.

Disable dhcp on the billion and let me know how it goes!

Ok I have set DHCP off on the router and shared the dial-up connection....On the mac in wireless settings I have set the tcp settings to this: IP 192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 Router 192.168.1.254 DNS Server 192.168.0.1

Still doesnt work....

Why is everything not on the same subnet? make pc 0.1, router 0.254 and mac whatever...

Can the mac ping the pc?

When setting up ICS, it will ask which one is "Internet" and which one is "Internal", these should all remain on the same subnet!
