Urgent request for VDSL in my area

Hi,

This is a request to The Telkom guy, as I've tried requesting this info through the many channels of telkom (website, phone, facebook) and still they do not have an answer for me.

I am in desperate need of a faster line at my residence. currently sitting on a 4mb connection. I would ideally like a 40mb vdsl line, but will settle for a 20mb.

There is VDSL available literally 150m from my complex as shown in the map attached.

What are my options? please help!
