Please do not use http://www.skypeout.com it is a SCAM. please use only http://www.skype.com.

I have done further investigation and have found that this site does not belong to Skype.

Latest opinion on the forum.skype.com site is that it is part of Skype but I'd steer clear until its been 100% verrified. I'm not running out of airtime any time soon

Had a closer look and the skypeout site sends you to same secure.skype.com site that the normal skype.com site does. Its just some ugly coding in the skypeout site that sets you inside a frameset.
